NAVBAR THE LOCAL CRAFTS

The local craft in Samburu are made from local wood, livestock skins, bones, horns, reads, trees,bucks and beads.
The crafts are made by both sexes but women make the most including calabashes, claypots, beadwork and making skin to leather for clothing.
Men make spears, clubs, swords and their handles, shield and wooden bell for domestic livestock.
The traditional craft are made then they are taken to cultural manyattas for sale where tourists visit for cultural experiences. In the cultural village, traditional songs, village walks and ceremonies, and traditional food can also provided.
